Each week goes by and it seems that it will be 6 weeks to completion!!! we have a completion date of 6th August now. we are super happy with layout and colours of house.....

top frame up..

we are moving now...top frame is up..we have some windows in...completion date approx 25th July...fingers crossed...we are happy with design at this point which is a positive....

waahhooo..frame is on the way up.....views from bedroom downstairs looks pretty good...now getting excited......its finally starting to look like a house...

there's a garage!!!

Slow going with rain...however we have a garage base and some steel poles are up...praying for clear wether to get the house out of the ground!!!

THE LAND CUT....

the land is now cut and we are moving forward...

some photos of a bit of land cleared...more trees will be removed. also some photos of the creek running through the property...good wife did the hike down and back up the hill!!!!

we met with builders on site yesterday for them to show us exactly where the house will be sitting....its in the perfect spot for the land and construction will be starting next week....estimated construction time of 12-16 weeks...hoping for no rain....very excited!!!

back and forward.....back and forward...however today we have been given final council approval for the house to go ahead...persistance is the key....if anyone wants some advice and the to do's or not to do's with sloping site feel free to add comments and i will gladly reply with any info....
time to get excited and start building!!!!!!
