We have final plans at council!!!

Well Here we are, its a few month's down the track, a few change of ideas, some massaging of our wonderful bank manager and we have final plans now at council, we expect this to take 2-4 weeks and we will then be up and running to turn the first bit of dirt!!! how exciting!!!!

After a few back and forwards with the draftperson (whom did an awesome job and is very patient with us) we have some preliminary plans we are happy with. Now time to get it priced up and be nice to the bank manager!!!!!!

Were getting ready to build!

the land has been purchased on the 1st March 2010 and will settle on May 31st. looks like a shrubby sloping 1.1 hectares of not much at present, however we have a vision.
